The Role

The role of the Senior Sales Coordinator is to assist all teams within the Sales division. They must have a good knowledge of all product lines as well as a strong confidence on the CRM systems. They will be responsible for various projects within the Sales Support team and cover the Sales Support Manager where required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key Support for Sales Management Team - Assist with co-ordinating key deliverables around the sales strategy and occupancy initiatives, such as systems development to streamline the sales process.

  • Lead capture and assignment - Ensure all leads are correctly logged onto Salesforce as new / existing opportunities and assign to the correct sales team. Issue acceptances and rejections to Broker / Agent partners on receipt of their referrals. Respond to queries where required.

  • Support core Sales Operations - Support the delivery of key tasks and administrative duties that support the day-to-day running of the sales team such as reporting on daily, weekly and monthly KPIs and metrics.

  • Deliver Sales Reporting and Analysis - Effectively use our systems to generate and deliver reports on team KPIs, metrics and analysis. Deliver additional commentary to explain trends or provide insights where required.

  • Specialist support for Product Sales - Hold in-depth knowledge of Memberships, Meeting Rooms and Events products to assist team processes. Attend team meetings and share insights to support management with driving sales performance and efficiency.

  • Project Management - Efficiently lead projects within Sales to completion, collaborating with various teams to deliver key workstreams and business processes, such as system changes and Salesforce development.

  • Team Support & Managerial Cover - In the absence of Sales Support Manager, act as the go-to person to ensure consistent performance and delivery of Sales Support responsibilities.
